ORI works as a principal or a consulting developer and manager, and as a consultant to other hospitals.

As Principal, ORI develops hospitals as owners, managing as board members and providing management oversight under contract. During the development phase, ORI:

• Arranges financing
• Develops clinical program
• Oversees construction
• Purchases equipment
• Recruits staff and oversees training
• Oversees commissioning
• Directly provides on going senior clinical and operations management for the facility once openned

As Consulting Developer to owners, ORI develops hospitals as consultants following a turn-key approach and manages hospitals under contract.

As Consultant, using our approach of high quality, efficient integrated care pathways for both emergency and elective case types, ORI is also deploying its clinician staff to assist other hospitals to make significant improvements in the quality and efficiency of their care.
