UK Specialist Hospitals (UKSH)

As principal, ORI founded and co-owned UKSH, a British company owning and operating 5 specialty hospitals in the Independent Sector Treatment Centre (ISTC) Program.

UKSH's hospitals have been widely recognized as outstanding in clinical quality, ranked number one in the UK in knee replacements by Dr Foster Hospital Guide, and with measure of clinical outcomes for all case types—made public on the Internet—rivaling those of the best international institutions.

Bokamoso Private Hospital, Botswana

As consultant, ORI assisted two health insurance plans in Botswana, which serve government and private company employees and their families, to develop and operate a 200 acute care bed private tertiary hospital in Gaborone, the capital. Bokamoso Private Hospital, a not-for-profit hospital, provides comprehensive emergency care including trauma cases, women's and children's health services, orthopedics, cardiac, neurosciences, and oncology specialties.

The American Medical Center, Cyprus

ORI assisted the American Medical Center in Nicosia, Cyprus in an expansion program that more than doubled the size of the cardiac surgery and interventional cardiology program at the Institute and added specialty services in a new stand-alone specialty hospital in Nicosia which opened in 2011.
