About Belle Horwitz

Belle oversees finance, operations and marketing at OR International Holdings. She is also a Managing Director of OR International Ltd in the UK. She was part of the ORI team which founded UK Specialist Hospitals Ltd. She was previously a Vice President at IBM leading its Finance Industry Consulting Practice in the Americas that consulted with financial service companies in business transformation, Internet enablement, marketing and IT strategy. At Citibank she ran its mortgage originations business in the Northeast and led acquisition of credit card portfolios for the bank's Credit Card Division. At Merrill Lynch, she was a Vice President in the real estate division and small business division responsible for new program development.
